Once upon a time - long, long ago… well, actually a few years ago now - 2020! I was asked to write in someone’s leaving card. But I was at a loss as to how I could write something that would be more interesting amusing caring than a simple, ‘Sorry to hear you’re leaving’. And then it came to me - a personalised verse, a poem, in this case, rhyming. That is where my poetry began (well, almost…) And the rest, as they say, is history!
