The tale of the bike
A bike decided to hitch a ride upon the train It sat by the door alone Maybe it wanted to travel far and wide Or maybe just leave home
Where was it going to go?
It seems one stop was far enough Doors opened and it was man-handled off Escorted away to a little room And so ended the bike’s adventure
Meanwhile…
Departure time had come and gone And then we left Outside there was someone running He didn’t want the train to go
We wondered why?
He gave up the chase He stopped to talk to platform staff To ask them what?
And then we saw
The bike by the door Inside With no one else around
They say not to leave Items unattended on the train But we’d always assumed that meant On the same train that you’re on
Turned out it was the wrong train And so the bike was removed And maybe Later Reunited with the runner!?
