Wednesday Group

As Wednesday group comes to a close A final poem I’ll compose To help us now to celebrate All the times we did congregate

Though I have not been coming long Everyone helped me to belong You were very willing to share And for each other you’d show care

Over time some have come and gone Until now the group carried on Looking at lots of Bible tales For what the Christian life entails

It was Brian who usually led To help us be spiritually fed Seeking to help us all to grow That we can then our God’s word sow

But all good things come to an end Hopefully not being a friend And as we all face this closed door We pray that God will open more
