Covid continues...

So we’re now in lockdown 2 It is all rather a ‘to do’ We’re told that soon this will end But then the tiers they’ll amend

It is so hard to retain The rules that we must maintain So maybe we could rename This – the Covid-19 game

We need everyone to play Their part, and those rules obey We’re not doing it for fun But until this battle’s won

The guidelines are quite complex Reading them may well you vex And some people do declare That for those regs they don’t care

But we’re in this together No matter what the weather The solution is not quick People are still getting sick

You are something of a fool If you choose to break the rule And if you decide to ‘dare’ That may show that you don’t care
