Seasonal Affective Disorder

It feels, oh, so bad That so many are SAD It impacts their lives And doesn’t let them thrive

When evenings get dark They lose some of their spark When winds start to blow They begin to feel low

With showers and rain Comes a feeling of pain And what they may say Is that days seem so grey

They may lose all hope And find it hard to cope For they are depressed And may well be distressed

So, please, a thought spare Should you become aware That your friend might be Suffering with S-A-D
