When I go Riding on my Bike
When I go riding on my bike There is something that I do like – Not so much a task to employ But rather a game to enjoy
Counting as I go along – cats! How many are on front door mats? Well, how many are there in all? Be they on the grass or the wall
Whilst others are atop a car Some may be near, others afar Outside trying to catch a mouse Or I might spy them in their house
It’s like for cats I am trawling And there is one I see sprawling Upon the back of an armchair As if he’s been airlifted there
For it’s a great delight to me When lots and lots of cats I see It may appear that I do stare But about cats I really care!
