We have just spent One week in Kent Stayed in a flat

• without a cat

Went out each day On the railway Sometimes took bikes Which saved us hikes

Most of the time Weather was fine But ’twas a pain When it did rain

We oft’ did stop At a cake shop Had Gypsy tart A local art

We did explore Margate and more Breathed in sea air All fresh and fair

There’s much to see Most of it free Windmill on hill Though sails are still

Castles stand tall Encased by wall Roads undulate Check you can brake

Savour the coast

• great sights to boast Views faraway Places to stay
