We went the Wrong Way

With the station barely out of sight We took a turn right Not down the planned alternative route Oopsy overshoot

It was only a very short hop Before we did stop And the driver down the train did wend To the other end

As he passed by to us he did say We went the wrong way Yes, it was certainly a wrong turn To Willesden return

So it was we departed again This time not in vain For yes, we then took the correct track And didn’t set back
