Out and About Again

Another day, another trip Pick up my bag, myself equip The sun is out, it’s still quite warm We’ve an idea, and plans will form

Direct Swindon to Plymouth go Walk through the town out to the Hoe I checked the ocean is still there And breathed in the fresh sea air

Then back to Exeter St D We took the branch line out to see What there is in Okehampton town Which meant a lot of walking down

Then coming back we did ascend Our day was getting near its end Just one more train to take us back Things had all gone well on the track
