When we are alone With no one to phone We’ve no need to fear As God is so near

Don’t worry or fret Nor live with regret For to us he can speak When him we seek

God gave us his word Where he can be heard He showed us his plan For both woman and man

Jesus came to the earth Through a natural birth He lived and grew Much like we do

In the Bible we read Of many a deed That he carried out Whilst travelling about

From his teachings we learn To show care and concern To look after each other Like our sister or brother

Thus God showed us his love Sent down from above When Christ died on the cross So we were not lost
